The Left Hand of Darkness by Ursula K. Le Guin

Ursula K. Le Guin is considered by many to be the best sci-fi author ever, and I am starting to feel the same. This book is simply ahead of its time, with great imagination and a lot of principles that are well thought-out. It asks interesting questions and gets back interesting answers. The Left Hand of Darkness is pretty different from A Wizard of Earthsea and much better suits my taste. I enjoy the current feminine-led sci-fi movement, and Ursula was a pioneer of the movement 50 years before it even began.
